Carolyn J. Neale- President and Founder
During 27 years in the Financial Services industry, Carolyn spent
countless hours helping seniors (and their families) getting their
financial house in order. After relocating to the Space Coast in 2007,
Carolyn uncovered a need in helping these seniors that was not being
served locally. Many of her clients were now ready to transition to the
next phase in their life. Some were downsizing to a smaller place, some
were moving into Independent and Assisted Living Facilities. Many
were choosing to go back “home” to be near their families.
But…Where do they start? The task was overwhelming!!!
After years of research, Carolyn chose to align with NASMM, the
National Association of Senior Move Managers, and Compassionate
Downsizing 4 Seniors was born in April of 2014. She has assisted over
200+ Seniors during this time with every aspect of their move from
deciding what to keep, what to take. What treasures did their families
want? Choosing where to live. Organizing, Packing, Moving, Estate
Sale to dispose of property no longer needed, and getting their house
sold. Carolyn is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and is familiar
with the challenges of doing all the above with the least amount of
disruption to their lives.
With a National Network of Providers, as well as local service providers,
Carolyn and her team are able to ensure a seamless transition assisting
both the Senior and their family during a difficult, and often emotional time.

Heather Neale - Vice President

Heather officially joined the CD4S team in 2019 after 15 years working in Real Estate and Property Management. Throughout her years of managing a large portfolio of Privately Held Residential Properties, she saw first hand the challenges that face our aging population. She understands the desire of our Seniors to maintain their independence, and sought many solutions to enable this for her tenants in their homes.
She brings to the Team a very strong work ethic, ingenuitive problem solving capabilities, and above all; compassion and patience to get our Clients to their best possible outcome.
