Our Company is Compassionate Downsizing 4 Seniors, LLC. We are Certified Senior Move Managers. We assist our Clients with all aspects of their Rightsizing & Moving needs. We work primarily with older adults helping them to plan their move, sort through, pack their belongings, arrange donations, and ship to family members. We coordinate both National and Regional Moves. On the local moves we often meet the movers on the other side and unpack and set up their new space to make it Home for them. We also provide Estate Sale Services, Online Sales, Home Cleanouts and Property Sales. Historically, our Team Members assist with one or more aspects of our business. As our Clients have various needs, we adjust and accommodate as we can to make it as seamless of a transition as possible. We are service driven and work hard. We make a difference to our clients. We are growing and are looking to also grow our Teams into more Teams! As more people hear about our business and services, the busier we get and we will only continue to expand. We would love more great people to advance with us. 

We are looking for people who are available to work on a part-time basis. Schedules will vary, depending on our specific contracts. Locations will also vary. Our Clients reside throughout  Brevard County, and south to Vero Beach. Hourly compensation varies by assignment $10-$15. Tips on occasion. 

THE ESSENTIALS:

•  Live within a 30 mile radius of 32904

•  Applicant must agree to a Background Check 

•  Professional demeanor, empathetic, considerate and dependable 

•  Great Communication & Customer Service Skills  

•  Reliable Transportation & Valid Insurance 

•  Able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Bilingual a plus.   

•  Physical requirements: must be able to stand/walk/bend/lift for periods of time for some assignments. Comfortably lift @ least 25lbs.
